2.1.1 Current skills gap on the Tribunal;

2.1.2 Short and long list criteria for the scoring of applicants including demographics pertaining to gender, disability and historically disadvantaged individuals; and

2.1.3 Consideration of the shortlist for the appointment of nominees for the vacant positions in the Tribunal.
