10:00 The Standing Committee on Premier and Constitutional Matters will meet virtually (MS Teams) to deliberate on and finalise its Negotiating Mandate Report on Public Service Commission Bill [B30B-2023] (NCOP).

THURSDAY, 19 FEBRUARY
09:00 The Standing Committee on Mobility will meet in the Chamber and will be briefed by the Minister and the Western Cape Mobility Department on the festive season-mobility related matters, including road accidents, and mobility-related injuries and fatalities on major roads across the Western Cape and in respect of long-distance public transport. The Minister and Department will also brief the Committee on lessons learned during the 2025 festive season to prepare for the 2026 festive season and other busy/holiday periods.
