- The geographical locations of the projects
- The projects in the pipeline
- Briefing by the Langeberg Municipality on:
The current status of the Housing Demand Database for the various towns that fall under the Municipality, including details of the Housing Demand Database in terms of how the Housing Demand Database is updated according to the beneficiary needs
- The challenges experienced since the inception of the housing projects
- The housing business plans/projects in the pipeline including the geographical locations of those projects
