During his speech on 26 November 2019 on the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement and the adjustments he said that the adjusted estimates for 2019 provide for an allocation of R311,4 million for infrastructure-related expenditure.
- How is the amount of R311,4 million comprised and/or how is the amount of R311,4 million allocated to infrastructure in the adjusted estimates and (b) what is the source or sources of the amount of R311,4 million being allocated to infrastructure-related expenditure?

The reply to the above questions is contained in the attached table. The allocation of R311.4 million is in the main divided amongst the Departments of Education, Human Settlements, Transport & Public Works, Agriculture and Cultural Affairs & Sport.
