- What are the details of the students who have received bursaries from the Cape Agulhas Municipality over the last five years;
- whether he can confirm that all the beneficiaries complied with the advertised criteria of the Municipality; if not, what are the relevant details; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
- One student received a bursary from the Cape Agulhas Municipality per year over the last five years. The response does not include any information about the students as it is defined as “Personal Information” in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013”.
The beneficiaries complied with the criteria as advertised in line with Municipal Policy.
